SoftCASE
Consulting was founded in February 1992 as a partnership and
has continued to trade in profit from that date. The partners
wholly own the company's head offices on the Quay in Poole, Dorset,
UK.
The
company's core businesses throughout this time have been bespoke
CASE tool development and software engineering consultancy (project
management, architecture and process improvement).
Clients
for these services include: Paranor AG, The Swiss Post, Hewlett
Packard, National and Provincial Building Society, BAe Systems,
Norwegian Telecom, UBS, National Westminster Bank (Retail Credit
& Mortgage Services), MCI, Rational Software Corporation,
JPMorgan Chase.
In
the mid-1990s SoftCASE Consulting launched their first commercially
available CASE tool, FusionCASE supporting Hewlett Packard's Fusion
method. This product was sold extensively worldwide through a
network of distributors.
The
company's current services are centred on MaxUML - a UML™
compliant CASE tool that provides the nucleus for tailored extensions.
